Terms of Service

By booking a cleaning service with ClearEdge Cleaning Company, LLC (“Company”), you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Overview

ClearEdge Cleaning Company, LLC provides residential and auto cleaning services by connecting clients with independent cleaning professionals. All cleaners are vetted and operate as independent contractors under the Company’s platform.

2. Payment Terms

All services must be paid in full at the completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Payments are accepted via credit/debit card, electronic invoice, or approved third-party platforms.

Tipping is optional but appreciated and can be done directly with the cleaner or through the platform.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are subject to a $50 late cancellation fee.

Missed appointments or no-shows without notice will result in the full service fee being charged.

4. Access to Property

Client must provide safe and timely access to the property at the time of service. This includes:

  • Entry instructions (door code, lockbox, key, etc.)

  • Parking availability (for car detailing)

  • Failure to provide access within 15 minutes of the scheduled time may result in a missed appointment charge.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

Client satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your service:

1.) Notify us within 24 hours

2.) We will offer a re-clean or partial refund at our discretion

3.) Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process

6. Scope of Work

ClearEdge cleaners will only perform the services listed on your booking confirmation.

Add-on requests must be approved and paid for before or during the appointment.

We reserve the right to refuse service for hazardous, unsafe, or abusive environments.

7. Damages and Liability

Cleaners are trained to handle your home and belongings with care.

In the event of damage, report it to ClearEdge within 24 hours with photos and documentation.

Liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item up to $500.

8. Independent Contractors

All services are performed by independent contractors who have agreed to uphold our quality standards. The Company is not liable for their personal actions outside the scope of booked services.

9. Privacy & Data Use

Client information will be used solely for booking, communication, and service follow-up. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

10. Right to Refuse Service

ClearEdge Cleaning Company, LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse service to anyone at our discretion for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Repeated no-shows

  • Inappropriate conduct toward staff or contractors

  • Unsafe working conditions

By booking a service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
